Household and Solid Waste
Household Trash
The Plantation has Curbside Pickup every Tuesday for household waste only. Trash needs to be in tied bags, placed in a covered trash receptacle and placed curbside by 7AM Tuesday morning.
All cardboard needs to be broken down and placed next to the covered trash can. Anything besides cardboard found not in a bag will not be picked up.

We unfortunately do not have access to any recycling efforts at this time.

Solid Waste
Lake View Plantation is a member of Penquis Solid Waste Corp.

Their hours of operation from May 1st to November 30th are:
Thursday, Friday and Saturday
from 8am-4pm
​
A free permit sticker is required to use their facility, which is located at 533 Lake View Road in Milo.
Property owners may obtain a permit sticker and/or price sheet at the Lake View Plantation Town Office.
​
The Landfill does NOT take household trash.
