Tax bills are based on the assessment figures as assigned by our property tax assessor, Maine Assessment and Appraisal. For questions regarding the assessed value of your property call the Lake View Plantation office at 207-965-8119.

Tax Bills
Tax bills are usually mailed by the first week of July. They are due August 31st of each year. You can pay your taxes in person at our office, through the mail or over the phone with a credit card
(2.65% credit card convenience fee applies).
